i got the USER NAME & PASS but box not activated..

today i am joining to your great team...

i registered the box and i have the got the mail...

with the USER NAME and PASSWORD i downloaded the install files nope.

but when i intended to do the Updation it says " Box not registered.."

totally confused...

i did 1. installed drivers...

2. downloaded the registration tool and made registration ..

3. i got the mail and using the USERNAME and PASS i entered the support site fine...

4. i downloaded the Update tool...

5. when i try to update it says "box is not registered":confused:

what to do...
in that manual i not getting any tips for this...

whether i have to wait for some time or what ...

Yes, but what is the problem??? I told already that you need update box. So press "update" botton and update your box and all will be ok. I make sticky post already, I have posted here all steps - I realy don't understand why is so hard just make all step by step... :mad:
