Technical help for newbies in the game is hard work,, calling, coming round the office at odd hrs, etc, etc.. and for this I reckon to charge even £100 on top of the official end user price is alright. I remember when I was selling Dejan's BB5 Boxes, some customers were real nightmares.. looking back I should have charged them more. And as the likes of FFS, I think most ppl know about their after sales support.

If you look our price is £289 before TAX that is 410 euro the 10 euro was the shipping cost, so if people in eu want at 400 euro they can provide there eu tax number. (easy)

Many people dont know what tax is because they work from their bedrooms and dont declare earnings, we are a proper Limited company, and are VAT registered, so tax has to be charged. you get a vat receipt with all our products. to claim vat back

Also other companies will sell you tool and give NO SUPPORT (not like us)

tony, you are a very nice man but this with the tax is really right, they are paying tax and they are paying shipping cost. the shipping cost for 10 pcs is approx 100-120 euro from HK to UK depends on the forwarder, so u can add 10 euro more per box and also the custom duties and the local UK VAT.

Vat is a killer i aggree with you but to answer support ? ie fonefun ect .
I n the early days m8 if you ring say JIC for example i am going back ten years now .
You were very lucky to get a civil answer never mind help it did not happen
for the end user buying.
As for dropping in there office at odd hrs good luck :D:D

I have had excellent service from both Jic and Fonefun over the years.True proffesionals and as for the price of products well i am sure many people are happy to pay this price from Fonefun as they always inevitably do! Great support to say the least!;)

Yes Vat and Tax is a killer, but please dont forget that it can also be claimed back, or at least a part of it anyway, also, as for support to customers, surely thats part of being reseller is it not?


At the end of the day, ppl will charge what ppl feel is necessary according to current market, demand etc etc, it is olny the Dons of the box, in this case Raskal and co that can say what price must be charged for box, like in case of JAF!

This way, tis fairer to everyone, cos everyone will know then wether their investment was fair with taxes etc or wether it wasnt! Also, ppl will usually buy from a reseller they know and trust, even if they are more expensive than others, because a) better the devil you know blah blah blah, b) they will already have a good working relationship with them, and c) if they have a problem, their trusted reseller can usually sort it fairly quick for them!!


BTW, i thought it was free shipping on the boxes.....

We cannot work on fix price deals on GSM products. Cuase its not a grocery that you simply buy eat and sleep . You all are in same business. You should understand ok fair enought you guys know what you doing, but if you stand here for one hour with us and see kind of questions we face from customers you might double the price than we charge :D .

Please show my (so called ) tecnician how to do testpoints pleaseeeeeeeeee, and get more than 20 calls from same customer a day till he dont know all the answers and plus some time computer lessons are free for them to tell them how to install drivers, how to check ports even where MY COMPUTER icon is :D (all these facilites we never get even we buy 100 pcs from any supplier). and you expecting price should be still 400 Euro ? You must be kidding me mate......

We all charge our own prices, cause all well known reseller provide all these facilites, mate installation support can be free, but what i just mentioned above thats not support, thats Training Course :D which is including in our prices. I bet you, the cheapest one (not to mention their name) they sell and than switch their phone off or fly to china :) and when next product comes in than again customer get text messages from them claiming to be cheapest :)

Its a free country so they say . Look at who started the price drop in this country the cut cut cut not the english now we get on to another angle.
