L-7 Mic removed but one problem when removing help me what to do

Hi guys that silly microscopic useless mic after a very hard times with it, is water damaged and when removing it with a blade there are four connectors in it that is connecting it to the board one of them came along with it what shall i do how to replace some other mic in that place kindly guide me i am not in a position to change the board and all so kindly help me guys
