multi-lite box question

hii mate, can somebody help me out with this? i bought a multi-lite box the problem is this box get hot u open any multi box application, but when u close the application its normal. pls is there any solution to this? (pls do not ask me 2 return it cause ma resseler is in malaysia while i live in africa the shiping cost is almost the cost of the box)

helo gsm tricks if i will buy multi boxx do i still buy the activation? so that ican used the box ? or if ill pay 189 dollars it is already activated and ready for used ?
