No Network after flashing E250V

Hi, i Flashed some E250V with my UST Pro Box with the E250 Firmware, after this I unlocked them. Everything worked fine but sometimes these phones have no Network, so you cant call from them, wehen you power them off and on it works.
This problem is only with the Flashed Phones. When I flash them with the E250V Flashfile from UST pro, the problem remains, even wehen I flash them with an E250V Firmware from a not flashed E250V.
I don´t know what to do. Maybe anyone have a idear how to solve this problem.
