I`ve problem with Alcatel C630x unlock.

I`ve problem with Alcatel C630x unlock.
When I do "Read codes" I get message like this:

Press power on for 2-3 seconds and after release !
Starting communication ...
Requesting phone info ...

PLATFORM: TCT

Signature file not found ! Re-install application.
Error ... !

Surely - I`ve re-installed my aplication but still nothing.
What is the problem?
