1. Phone is working or dead and U trying to unlock it to fix it?
2. push connector better with hand while unlocking
3. This method need to not overload CPU while sending loader, so if U have any application working what "eat" cpu time then disable it for this time
4. Try few times, if not help then try on other computer, on some computers can be problem with sending loader and this can't be fixed coz is specific of breaking protection in F3
5. Try different cable(if U have)
