I've bought this box few days ago , and I try connect Samung phone with MultiSam program . All phone can't connect with UNI-box port ( MBox cable-set ) , but working fine with NSPRO cable (UFS pinout ) and SPECIAL socket .
Is it correct or no ? . And second question : what models should connect through the UNI socket ?
Which phone you tried and which cable used? Most often problem is the pinout - Samsung uses same jacks but pinout is other, i think that is the problem.

I tried X140 , X450 , E570 , E250 . For E570 and E250 - D820 cable ( multi-box cable set ) , for X140 and X450 - E700 marked cable . Those phones was connected through my own UNI-BOX to other prog with the same multi-boxs cable ( pinout for uni-box ) .

Where is product supporters ? I need some explanation ....
What about 5v VCC? i think is really needed in UNI socket!
