I try to read W880i but get

[15:24:55] Power off the phone...
[15:24:55] Hold 'C' button and insert DCU-60 USB cable.

[15:25:00] ******** Starting Communication ********
[15:25:00] Establishing communication
[15:25:00] Wrong chipclass id.
[15:25:00] ******** Communication stopped ********

any suggestions????

everything now is OK. this was my error, I pressed "A2 Special Raed Device" instead simply "Read Device".
