I have just buy the activation with multi-box lite, and software is run after update the box, but I tried to unlock alcatel e201(with e256 cable), and I tried com2(whitch is creat by the multi-bxo) and com1, but when it asked power on the phone, I did press the power key, but the software not detect that. don't what is wrong. Need help. Any help will be greatful.

rumous from alcatel says no box can do this model,
may be this box tricks us buyers they say its supported thats why we buy activation for this model but the truth its not supported
