Nokia 6100 completely dead

Hello ! I have one 6100 who have worked good but after some time it restarts suddenly or freeze.
I decided to make bakup of pm area and erased full flash .
I use UFS-3 and the range of addresed erase is 010000000 and 017FFFFFF
Result is : Phone completely dead (normally) but I can't connect to UFS because not change into local mode.
I use the same cable who i used before to erase phone flash.
What is the next step to can write new firmware into phone and also PM area backup.

Now select mcu+ppm+cnt and flash phone.Afterwards upload a good pm file and do ui settings

Bad coincidence internal resistor placed in cable case desoldered (3.3k) from BSI to GND. Soldered again and flashed phone without problems.
Unit is working again.
