Ok, so I stupidly tried to unlock my new D900i that is locked to O2 using various codes online, and I have ended up resetting the IMEI number to all zero's. Now I don't have any hardware, or way of reprogramming this, is it the kind of thing that a small shop/market stall that sells an unlocking service would sort for me, or would they say it's illegal to change the IMEI back, and tell me I'm screwed? Alternatively, would I be able to send it back to Great Universal, claiming it's a faulty handset, and obtain a replacement?
