Greetings I have a Motorola c168 Locked to AT&T/Cingular.
IMEI # 011219002679325. Please leaving for London in 2 days. I would appreciate the help. New to the community. Hoping for good things.

c168 att dont work in uk, phone is 850/1900, uk is 900/1800 so u wont be able to pick up any signal, unlocking via code only, buy from trusted person for about 25usd, who has access to att codes or get for free if you are a att customer for some time, just call them and explain.
does any solution for this phone... how to convert it?
these kind of mot can be converted usually by shortening some contacts on circuit board and not flashing, like c139 or c261 those 2 are documented in forum how to do, but I have not seen any conversion post about c168 yet, check asian forums they are usually 1st on this.
