3230 four blink problem

I have nokia 3230 with four blink problem and then Off, in software i was do full erase,flash with Latest version,write new fresh rpl but not work still not responding or local mode problem
Anyone can help me and give me solution this hard ware or softfware problem

How did you wrote rpl you changed uem?!?

hi if the phone without imi you have to flash it with jaf and write the packup you take form the jaf or buy rpl and write it to phone if you flash it with tarnado and you haven,t the packup you have to change uem frist but 3230 uem is blocked

i think you dont have to change rpl the phone just a simple full erase the phone then flash w/ latest version format the phone write pm then phone..

try to adjust erase address to 02xxxxxx and erase.

The phone can local mode sir,But after i change small flash Ic can normally n working now,It problem with Small flash chip

four blinking problems are 99% software problems.
If not,then Flash chip problems.
