How long before i get my registartion details?

I need some help here plz

Ive just bought a new box and registered it fine from the instructions given on http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=438479

but its been a few days now and i still havent been given my registration details i.e. login details. Just wanted to know how long it takes??
