Hello:)
I have got multi-box lite activated.When I want to unlock e250 or C 300 then gives me ALL DONE-WITH ERRORS.Can You help me please?Maybe I should change cables.

Samsung e250 is the only phone I can unlock at this day.

I use the JTAG port.
no work in "agere" phones,swift work,E250 no work please supporter! c260/268 no work

brother i have same problem.already i contact support they dont give me proper solotion yet.may they are not interested about samsung.

just use "special" port and UFS pinout cable . ( i use NSPRO cable)
Realy , i don't understand , why supportes can't give clear answer about this problem .....

it's the same for me!!
Impossible, to unlock samsung (e900/u600/d520/z400)
I have tested with the 2 cable ("at170 D800 & at170 v804")
I have teste with all port (uni-box / jtag / special) but :
ALL DONE WITH ERROR!
Who can unlock there models?

"Special" port have another pinout ( like UFS ) , not like UNI port ( cable from MB-set have uni-box pinout)

The only samsung I have unlock is one z107v!!!!:mad:
Maybe you forgot to push poweron... these cables are not autoignition, as UFS have.
Pls give full details ...like today i want to unlock x160 but can't connect to t box...What cable sholud i use?X160 selected

I don't want smile - I want work with ur box ! Bad Samsung cable pinouts - it's not my mistake .

There also not our fault that you are suing wrong cable or wrong socket in box, and also not our fault that customers have not time to check all first before post.
There 3 or 4 differnet samsung tools and all of them use different sockets and cables. Some of them UNi some of them special - and better check post before start scream here.
Now gsm bussines is not like 7 years ago. For example DEJAN dos version soft for Nokia partail flashing... and there was no any docs... and it was hard to make but we not cry... no all need box with one botton and one universal cable for all models...
Guys please - sometimes need to think what you want to do....

PS . Nothing personal , i respect u , ur team and hard work . But in this case (Samsung pinout) - it was an obvious mistake .

All cables for Samsung what we have in set are for:
1. samsung zxxx tool
2. Agere tool
3. Swift tool
For MultiSam tool we never make any cables. That was free addon. And with soft release we wrote already about special socket, but nobody like on the most cases didn't read it.
Now all unlockers want one smart box with one botton. I can it. thay have no time to enter login... need auto botton, no time to check what is new on web page... more than 50% customers still using unstaller which was not update 4 month... so answer me - this is our fault? I think if "you" ( not you personaly ) have no time to read all info about producs... no time to undertand what you are doing with it.. than we cannot help.
And about cables again: Samsung cables which are comming in set ARE not for Multisam tool. You have use UFS cables. It was written long long time ago with first soft release.

Isnt it = "Not working" and/or "Not supported" at all? Whats the difference anyway? Got the Box and no cables = Cant get job DONE~! Right now its not about one button or login or whatsoever. Its about we wanna get the job done. We buy your box means we trust your product in which we believe that your box can help us get our job done and our phone fixed or solved our phone problems. We invest in your box but cant get the job done, tell us, how should we feel? And yet you are telling us this and that. Should we feel Happy? You are the product supporter, you should atleast try to help us, your customers, whenever we have a question. Give us some guide or something. Instead of telling us to use some other box cable~! What is the diff you go to a restaurant and you ordered a plate of noodles. You need a pair of chopsticks or a fork. You seek for the waiter and he told you to go to the other restaurant and use their fork or chopsticks? Isnt that making yourself a laughing stock?

I disagrre with you! You had a possibility to CHECK the cable set and FIND OUT which cables we supply!!! And now you accuse us of your being unattentive!!! I can't understand this point of view! When you buy a product - you check and read all its descriptions! We didn't deceive you about the cables and if you want your jod to be done (IN THIS PARTICULAR CASE), you need to buy UFS cables!

As we told before buy is better to check what you will get with box. There no info about Samsung cables - you need to understand that mean thay not come in set. Also you can see all list will cables which are comming with box. No need to cry. When you buy something you have to check what is comming with box, no need to cry after that cables are missed. They are not missed - simply we not sell them with set - if you need cable - ask your reseller about them.
