when it says not enough memory available try to restore it using ibrickr it just loads the iphone t special dma mode which enables it to flash it any version preventing it to give memory or some other errors
I was try different iTunes (7.3.0.54) on a different PC with secret restore mode and restore sucsess! Now I will try activate and unlock this phone...
