Hi

I purchased Multi-Box Lite a few days ago, I have Karwos and henrich activations, I registered the box useing registration tool and updated the box using update tool, when I run the alcatel software it says alcatel support not "activated"

I have been told by resseler and Multi-Box support to update using software, I have tried this and get server error. I have read the FAQ regarding this and have disabled firewall and virus scanner, I tried this on three seperate PC's with different ISP's on each one.

What I want to know is will Mult-Box Team do anything to help me or will you just say "read faq" as you did in your last e-mail.

Please kindly reslove this problem.

I used: -

1, UserRegisterTool_v3.0 to register, then,
2, MultiBoxUpdateTool_v3.0.exe to update, update was succesful.

Then I was told by reseller to use any soft to update tools, I have tried Philips, spice and sendo tool, I have sent you screen shots before on e-mail.

On all three softs server error, but on update tool it is OK. I need to run the alcatel software.

With box all is ok.

Your problem that you are suing wrong soft version.
Go to support please and update Alcatel tool and LG and all will be oki.

I told too many times all about installer it will be not updated any more.
