Hi . Just wanted to post my experience.
I have read so much good thisngs about this seller. As a result i requested two codes. He promised that the codes will be ready by Tuesday of this Week . Again he promised not me !!!
Tuesday no response ! Then on wednesday he said he was ill and he will give me in 1 hr . The entire day past. No contact. The next day he said it was raining !
I indicated to him on wednesday night that because he didi not deliver in the promised timeframe that i no longer require the code ! And please refund !
On thurday he responded to that same email giving the codes which i no longer required.
He is refusing to refund !!
While i understand that codes require patience. When sellers like chiragp is competing for our business , they must be held accountable for making false claims and promises ! If i know he would take 2 or 3 days i would have informed my customer of that and i nay have used another supplier.
If he cant deliver the codes in the timeframe that he has set then he owes me a refund !
He has indicated that once he has the IMEI then he cant refund .
Patience is not consistent with false claims and promises which Chirag Patel uses to compete for business to make money . It is contractually baseless.
He has my money and refuses to refund .
Be extremely careful when he promises that he will deliver within any time frame.
False promises makes alot of people alot of money !!

Hello mate,
whatever i know he is a good guy & honest person too.in code buisness needs some patience bcs this job is not depends on single or twice person.its come from source by sevarel hands.so,sometimes can have pb during process & as a result its late.i think better is solve the problem privately.also i understand ur situation but if u wnat to do code buisness then u must be convence ur client otherwise u can't do continue.

please be patience i have done lots of deals with this guy and still doing he is good guy & honest person also dont worry code business needs lots of patience
codes are never 100% on time, everyone in this business knows this.

Dont miss my point . As a customer like we all are there must be patience. As you said this is the code business . However as a supplier then you must also know that your customer is the reason you are in business and just like a customer must be patient so too the supplier must know that 25% of codes may not come back within the timeframe and as such refunds are expected . As you said . This is the nature of the business.
But to take an approach that once i have your IMEI then i can take how long it takes , that is not consistent with fair business practice.
Before the supplier got the IMEI , do he not know that a code takes time ...bla...bla .... But you know that and still give a timeframe .. Then it is not the customers fault that he expects you to live up to your timeframe that you set.
Therefore as in my case with Mr. Patel it is my right to request a refund and it is also my right contractually and legally to have my money refunded .
It is a simple question of business ethics .
Dont you agree ?

Just to give an update .
Mr Chirag Patel has refused to refund . Although after reading this he pleaded for more conversation which we had before , he has now adopted an approach of ignorance. He is now after all this time refusing to respnd to my mails !
While i dont think he is a cheater . Please be extremely careful when dealing with him !

how he can refund to you he already order for codes. code will come defenately.

Hi,i deal with Chiragp and i never faced any problem with Chiragp. U can check his post in this forum then u can know he is also good supporter. He is 100% trustable.......

Codes business is like this, once u process u cannot cancel or if there is no code u r eligible for a refund.
Chirag is ok, all his dealings with me are good.

As many have made promised you about chiragp. Just patience and just give your good explaination to your customer about the situation and the matter getting codes from your source(chiragp). Hopefully we can hear also chiragp about this. I knew he is trustable.

Well after he agreed to refund one code two weeks ago . To date he hasnt .

This means he owes u a code not cash, which means u can order another code..... U just have to explain to the customer that it will take atleast 5 day although less but as we all know sometimes theres delay in the codes & dont assure your customer that it can be done........ It's not always 100%
