I buy from them the uid box in US$650 plus US$51 for shipment, the box came with a malfunction and I send it back to them, they confirm the malfunction and they send me another uid box and I had to pay them another US$50 for the shipment. But then I ask them if they could change the uid box for a better choice like mt box lite, they say ok send the uid to make the change. I send it to them but in the way they say that they only can return to me US$600 and if I don’t send the box fast, maybe they could only return to me US$500… uff.
So I say to them ok, I already send you the box and it’s ok, you can keep the US$50, but only that…
That week it came to the market the Raskal bb5 box, so I tell to them that I want to buy that box, because I don’t have more money for shipment, so the rascal box will be fix my budget of the US$600, and ask them to send it to me or return my money back. The uid box arrives the past Monday on the morning to its offices, but they never answer me again.

In resume I already pay for the uid box US$ 650+51+50+50= US$ 801

I already send e-mails to gunawan and to support, and they don’t answer to me.
What can we think about this?

Les compre la uid box, en 650 dolares mas envio de 50 dolares, salio con defecto y se las devolvi, pague 50 dolares mas.
Me la cambiaron por la misma uid box. A los dias, volvi a devolverla nuevamente, argumentando, la opcion de algo mejor. La posibilidad era la mt- box lite., pero luego de enviarla me cambian las reglas, y me dicen que no me devolveran el total cancelado. solo 600 dolares, y que si me demoro mas seran 500.. uuff

Frente a este abuso, dije que les regalaba los 50 dolares, pero no el total.
que si tiene la caja de raskal q` me la envien , dado q` si es factible de cancelar.
o que me devuelva mi dinero simplemente.

Jamas volvieron a responderme,
La caja uid box, les llego el lunes en la mañana.
Le he enviado mails a Gunawan y a soporte y no me responden.

que se puede pensar de esto??

first: you said uid is defective, so we exchange it . no questions ask.
second : after using the working uid, you ask if you can exchange to mt lite. I said is ok, return the box and we will credit current UID price for mt lite. if this is not fair, I dont know what is ?
if price stay the same or higher is fine , but if price drop you dont think is fair to credit the current price?
third: now you dont want uid and you dont want mt lite and accuse us of not responding. we have many customers to service everyday, return also must follow priority. we still respond to your email explaining our position.

Finally, since we are TRUSTABLE dealer, as always, WE WILL STILL EXCHANGE your working UID to MT LITE like we agreed on. This will be final exchange and please do not buy from my shop again.
Maybe you should try other dealers and see if their policy is better than ours.

you have not yet been cheated by anybody but you can ask for another arrangement but please DO NOT ASK GUNAWAN TO SELL YOU RASKAL`s PRODUCTS because there is an old story and things that we know will be hard for Raskal to forgive and forget. ( search the forum )
