yes it is
to connect the phone, use USB dcu 60 cable, and hold @ key (qui se trouve sur le cote) "excuse i dont no say it in english:confused::p

KulanKendi support flash ( change CDA) but not support unlock P990i

May be sometimes later,but now unlock is not supported yet.

I just checked kulandendi website. Unlock is not supported for p990i.
