hello!
insert to phone some other SIM card- phone must ask for code.
when u put sim card which dont work with the phone it say insert correct sim card.so there must be a way to enter the code which still unkown as far as i know.
today i tryed to unlock same fone which was working with the orange uk, fone got unlocked with direct unlock method 2 when i put another network sim card its show network logo with full respection,but when i try to call customer service the call not going through and its say call end.
i put the orange sim card fone works with it.
can u plz tell us wat is going wrong with problem

try with direct unlock and select (direct unlock method #1)
after that make full factory reset 2945#*# without sim inside

you can use both ways, but easyer is to enter codes
Today I Try To Unlock Kg275 And I Noticed That With Procedure Of Unlocking It Change The Imei No.of Phone Fone Got Unlocked But Its Only Working With Orange Uk But With Another Sim Card When I Call Customer Serviec Fone Say Call End.
Now Question Iz If Repire Imei Does The Recored Will Stay In My Pc Cuz I Never Change Or Repired Imei Of Fone.cuz I Respect The Law.
We Will Be Thank Full Infinity Team If U Plz Cheak This Problem Why Fone Imei Got Changed In Process Of Unlocking Persnaly I Dont Like This Kind Of Solution.

Please, run "Infinity-Box Shell", select model "LG KG275" and you will be able to start correct module automaticaly, no need to search what module should be used for what model.

You need to download and install latest updates. of course old moduled don't have new models and you must download and install new software modules to see new supported models.

I have kg110 I FLASHES THROUGH INFINITY BOX EVERY VERSION OF FILES BUT THERE IS ONE PROB.
BECOMES STILL "CALL END DROPPED" HOW CAN IT BE SLOVED
the imei is only 10 degit (xxxxxxxxxx) in the place of 15 degit
(xxxxxx-xx-xxxxxx-x) is there any solu in inifinity box or wihch box
