hi to all
i have problem in flashing Sendo M550
i think i have wrong for flash in the first try
before i don't know that these 3 models
but now it's would not conect with the box

1. You need select correct model
2. If not help and still not connect - use JTAG for this.

But I have answered to you already - use JTAG than.
How to restore Sendo with dead boot?
1. Run the software Sendo Tool. And check please your box activation status. Your box must have 5 activations like in a picture. If you dont have "- SND JTAG ST" activation - you need to update the activations - for this you should use Update tool which you may find in support area and it will be activated in 2 sec ( internet connection must be on ).

2. Connect the JTAG cable to phone. Use for this please picture from support area (http://www.multi-box.net/support.php). All 8 wires must be soldered to phone PCB. Be cearfull please!!! If you have incorrectly soldered - you can damage CPU.

3. Connect this cable to box ( you need to use "JTAG" socket ).

4. Select you phone model from models list. Then select please: MCU, LP and CP files for your phone ( all files are like for normal flashing ).

5. So now you are ready. Press power on button on your phone PCB for a shot time ( ~ 1 sec ). Press "Write flash" button on software. You will see next. ( look to the picture below ). If all is alright you will see the progress ( flashing will start ). If no any responce - it means that you have selected wrong phone model or incorrect soldering or CPU chip of the phone is dead.

6. Just wait for a short time - and all will be done.

7. Now you have to check if all is alright or not. Please reconnect the phone ( reconnect the cable ). Then select your phone model in menu. Press "connect" button and when the software asks about ignition - press shortly power button on the phone ( ~ 1 sec ). Software reads all info. Then you need to go to IMEI/Sim Lock bookmark. Check please IMEI ( if necessary - correct it ), check locks ( if necessary - open the locks. For this you can read manual "How to unlock Sendo" ), then press "Default values" button and then "Apply changes" button.
Reconnect the cable. Select your phone model, press "Connect" button, when software asks about ignition - press shortly ( ~ 1 sec ) power button on the phone. You will see all info about the phone.

DONE. All is clear and you phone has a new life ;-)

Yes sure. I told already - just go to support and you will find all there include pictures.
i feel delok dongle revive dead sndo more that multibox-lite!! actually talking from experince, cos my dead delok dongle performs 90 percent on sendo phones but multibox 70 percent, though i've never tried 'How to restore Sendo with dead boot'
