The best temp for fitting a laptop southbridge chipset? What is the standard temp for general reworking? How long does it usually take to remove something like K750 Flash?
Sorry for the questions, but there doesnt seem to be any support, its like you just want to sell the tool and not back it up.
Also, can anyone suggest any goggles for using with the station, using it drys my eyes out and gives me a headache, need some good IR filters.

Tornado Infra Station is a dark Infra Station without light
please check the type of infra station u r using
Using tornado infra on reworking IC's on PC motherboard:
Since PC motherboard are big, we have a special big preheater for this.

For best result use tornado infra preheater(preheat) with temp around 100degrees and then handheld with temp around 180degrees. Use the thermometer included in the package to check the temperature at the pcb(reworked part). Apply flux to lower the melting temp of the lead and makes faster rework.

I'm posting in this section because I have a tornado infrared.
Please check your facts before mentioning anything regarding IR. Just because you can't see it, it doesn't mean its not doing anything. If you shine an IR led in your eye, you will be causing slight damage.
I work in the infrared field and we have to wear big goggles. I need a small pair.
