I have Alcatel DB easy, not charging, any idea how to fix it ?

firts try check software in you phone , meybe sw damaged.;)

check charger connector if not damaged!!!If ok,change power supplyer!First check circuits if are ok from connector to power supplyer ic.

Charger is ok.
I change connector, no result, i change both fuses.
Imei is original on phone, when i put charged battery in phone it writes me LOW BATERY !! in another is ok.

any idea ?

when i leave phone in charge it doesn't show charging but phone is tooo HOT and also batery.
