unlock L6 and z3 problem wit smart clip

i read this 2 mobiles and prepare the phone (smart moto + scard)and it asked me to flash it , somebody can send me the flash for french motorola z3 orange and L6 french..NOTE:before this 2 mobiles , it never asked me to flash it at the end of the procedure...why it do that now
ps :i m beginner
