How to read/import sim contact in iphone?

Hi,
when you put sim in unlocked iphone, is there a way for access to sim contact, or only sync with itunes (outlook contact) is possible?
customer are desapointed with this pb.

Copy sim Contacts to PC then sync PC to iphone using itunes.
