why this error?

1. must have valid account( under 1 year old, or if older..must be reactivated)
2.u don't use pack2 in box firmware
3. u must activate db2020 credits using refill function
for all this..reffer to sticky threads in our support section
any other ''interesting'' problems...ask here

1 - account activated yesterday for 1 year
2 - didntr really understand u here
3 - my 40 credits were sent to me yesterday using refill string

and..you followed manual step by step?
firmware inside phone, is same as main mbn selected in db2020 software?
pls reffer to usermanual
