And want me to guess hat exect error you have ? If you do a post do it properly and explain exact what error and how it happen.

no mesage at the windows so i don't know what error??? can u help me???, a week a go it is fine yesterday i want flash the phone when i connected and i press the maintenance or others the windows show error.....

Uninstall setup, reboot pc.
Install latest setup, and update dongle with latest fw.
And generate licence key.
