The box worked perfectly fine, until we updated it, now COMMUNICATION ERROR. All software switch on but doesnt work, the LGKG130, i have just had to use INFINITY box to unlock, as FURIOUS GOLD wouldnt read phones after update

Just tested KG130 and it is working fine ,,,,
Are you sure you are using last maintence Please check.

I was born with the FURIOUS BOX, its a SOFTWARE UPDATE problem

kg130 direct unlocking working and tested already..on many many pieces on en-gros unlocking....

as in your situation...as you can see is like this:
1. you use pack2......instead of pack1..correct?
always use :
1. latest setup from support
2. latest maintainance tool
3. always look in betamodule section for new module versions
but in your case...IS WRONG PACKAGE USED, U MUST USE:
PACK1 INSIDE BOX FIRMWARE
