without reply after payment for service over 24hrs

Excuse me, I had paid for the SE M600i changing cda service yesterday via Paypal and sent a email to the server with my transaction details and contact info... but still havn't received any email and reply up to now .... It 's already over 24 hours that the web states...

Please advise what can I do now, Thanks!
