Wrong cable use may lead u to damage box or mobile.
Better to make cable.

first of all- check which phone pin is GND
find cable with same connector and check if GND pin of this cable is on same place.
only after they match- worth to try with software

Standard Infinity-Box package has no any cables for Chinese Phones due to it's totally stupid way to make separate cables for each Chinese cloned model. if you don't know this you must learn little bit.
Here is my first and very detailed and high-professional advice for you, you must read it very carefully again and again, understand each word and after this you will be happy and rich person becauise you can earn A LOT OF MONEY with great Infinity-Box software.
One thing: you must be NOT LAZY and make some work by yourself (f.e. prepare cables), it's main advice. More advices you can see below:


Due to a lot of different models with the same name but absolutely different hardware,
bottom connectors and different pinouts we recommend you to include the next info:
1. detailed description of model
2. phone CPU chip name
3. phone PCB photo (Rx/Tx/Gnd test-points may exist on phone PCB)
4. attach phone photo
5. attach phone bottom connector photo
6. include information about Gnd and Charge pins on phone bottom connector
After you have this information prepared, check the next detailed description how to get pinout for your model:
