View Full Version : Has Ipmart(I-PHONE NEtWORK LTD)cheated me?

I made a purchase order of BB5BOX from Ipmart(I-phone Network Limited)
but never get my box!
this is how it haappened-
I made bank transfer for the BB5BOX on 24/09/2007,afer getting no responce from them,I decided to email them asking about my order.
they reply by telling me they haven't receive any money from me!they ask me to email them transfer slip.
On 27/09/2007 I email them(twice not once,just to make sure) the bank transfer swift message with reference number which confirms that the transfer had been successfully made!
since then they never responded to my emails!
it's now more than 3 weeks since I made the tranfer! I find it hard to believe but it seems that I've been cheated!
it's a matter of time before I brand Ipmart(I-Phone Network limited) as CHEATERS!
AFAIK IPMart is reliable. I made several transactions with them and got no problem at all. Maybe they are on holidays :D ;)

I've been knocking barclays banks door every single day!
infact right now i'm just coming from there,they told on top of that swift message slip they printed for me is the tranfer and aknowledge codes,the last one is the receiver bank aknowledge code(in this case hsbc bank)
they aknowledge that they receive that sum of money from barcleys!
but I insisted to them to get printed aknowledgement not just codes from hsbc bank,they told me to check them on monday!

yap may be barclays,may be i-phone network,may be hsbc man!
everybody is a suspect here until proven otherwise!
to me money doesn't matter much,it's honesty!
IPMART is a serious company.
They are very trustable and professionals.
There is no problem of honesty with IPMART.

yap i do agree with u but not only ipmart,barcleys and hsbc all three are trustable!
but for your information barcleys cooperate with me very nicely with all their effort but not ipmart! they ignore my cries until i came out here!
obviously if u are in my position u would think the same as i did!
