how can i transfer music, video files, contacts list to an i-phone? what program do i need to install on my computer? And how can i see my sim numbers, because when i entered in contacts option i don't have nothing there even if my sim card is full whit numbers

yeah i know that, but in Romainia "instruction manual" doesn't realy exist, when i bought the Iphone, the box came empty whitout a instruction manual
