I format lots of these phones daily.
But after formatting this, its not coming up.

I am asking bcos I have not flashed Chinese phone B4 (only formatting)
Q1. Is this flash file enough ???
Q2. Do I need eeprom ???
Q3. Will I complete phone with Online Client ???
