did anyone test this solution ,, and where is enable rapi.cab ? when u unzip enablerapi ..there is no enable rapi.cab file ..

Is this a joke ? please explain further how it works ,, and what files need to be installed in the phone ,, there are way too many files when u unzip or unrar these files ..
