Hi,
I have one L760 which gives me this:

Phone info:

Phone Model: L760
Revision: L760PMGI1
IMEI: 3556580XXXXXXXX

SIM lock password: 0000

Analyzing...
ERROR - Can't get CRYPTKEY!


Tested on EU box and USTPro2 box, same situation. COM ports are set below COM16 (box port COM6 and modem port COM12).
What is the problem?

Try to change the speed to 460800,

Tell me where can I change speed - I can't see such option.

Phone firmware changed to L760XXGG2, but it didn't help.
Yesterday I did few pieces of L760, today also few pieces, only this one is problematic.

Suggestion: take a look on phone version, may be this problematic belongs on the news unsupported versions, then youŽd have to be little bit patient while we study more for them.

I just unlocked two pieces of L760 with same version, so I suppose it can be HW problem with this phone - phone reading takes very short time (less than 0,5 sec.), normally it takes 1-2 secs. It looks like serial communication is bad.

So what kind of version is no-unlockable because today i had got one and i can't unlock.After trying reading codes phone estart and software give me information about some error.

I think that version is no problem becosue I got 2 phone with same firmware and 1 phone can unlock without problem and secound can't L760.
All both got L760PMGI version and 1 can unlock secound can't. I got few L760 with PMGG verson too and 50% can unlock rest can't that I thnk that version off software is not problem something other is problem but can't know what maybe bootloader or something ?? ??
