Has anyone built a Stupidpipo programmer? I can't figure
out what the settings should be in IC Prog. Does anyone
know a source for programmers and cards in the U.S. ?

If it's like the ludipipo one it's JDM programmer with VCC inverted.
Be aware:
All these stupido, ludipipo, jdm and so on where made for older PC's.
Most of them will not run on newer PC's since they have timing problems and the Voltage on the serial port due to APM functions is not enough to program the device (expecially goldcards which consume alot of programming current).
If you decide to buy (or build) something, then get something good.
