Hi,
check battery voltage, open phone and check water inside. Also probably need to reball flash chip. It's just an idea, dut I do't see any other reason that eeprom can't be written.

Also, read flash and send flash backup and original eeprom backup file (backup_Sony-Ericsson J110i_eeprom_calibration-1_20071027-103344.6AE.bin) to InfinityHelp@yahoo.com.hk to check

you are good joker. You write that you use HModule but in fact you have used old MModule software.
You must download, install and run HModule v1.07 from support are !

Infinity-Box J110/J120 solution is perfect and can unlock/repair any J110/J120 w/o any problems.
Btw, don't you think that yo are little bit in wrong section ?
If you respect nobody why you think than people will respect you ?

you must thisk before write. If you really have problems - just explain the problem and I'll tell you what is your mistake and your problem will be solved in 1 minute.
If you have no real problem but just want to increase number of your posts - you are in wrong section.

Sorry for my delay. Phone battery is full chaged.No water inside.Phone is brand new. I try with other tool for read codes and direct unlock and also not work.
I will send backups.

try to make "format ffs" and let's see results.
it can be flash chip phoblem, f.e. bad (or bad soldered) flash chip that can't be erased.

hey, i downloaded eeprom , wrote eeprom, repaired then unlocked and voila phone is unlocked, nice support infinity u guys never end, guess thats why u are infinity
