some help for new user

Having problem with flashing KG800 ,my new box (bling bling edition with all cables) just arrived and RJ45 cable (FuriousGold014) already broken (do I need to ask reseller for broken cable exchange!!)so for now trying to use RJ45 cable from Multi-Box is it same cable or not ?
I’m new user so need some help

I got my first furious too
it is the gold edition
I wanted it first for unlocking the U970 but the flash file on the support area are old version or I don't know but yet it can not unlock this modle and it is stated many time by other users that it is not working

now I am rying to unlock a KG800 by furious

my furious is connected only to USB cable (no serial , and no external power)

drivers r installed all ok

now I am trying to unlock
I chose the serial port that furious taking(com6) and checked the FTDI box no power of +5V and chose the mbus
tried with phone on or off
pressing the power button would ignite the communication but then nothing except error

any manual on how to do things in furious please
and about the u970 shine phone when ????
