Help flashing LG-343I

Hi,
I am flashing LG-343I but when I select flash file and a green progress bar appears and says for power on..
It doesnt do any thing...
I have formated and updated with pack 1
it says

Err.....!
Time needed...08

Please help me regarding this
This fault comes whenever I do anything....

Bad cable or wrong com port selected.
