please someone help me with this phone.the problem is restart if i insert sim.this is log from infinity box :

thanks to all,but my problem have solved.i am use wrong cable before:D:D:D.and i follow this picture and format my phone.my phone now have good.

I have Nokla N95 2SIM with SIM inside restart problem. And the customer has the original cable that came with phone but I can not repair with this cable the problem. Can somebody tell me if I modify cable to work with serial port can I repair this problem? Thanks in advance.

yes, after you modify cable to serial- you will be able to communicate with phone (format ffs, flash, etc)

Please, download files from Infinity-Box support area. You can use "search" function in support area to get required files fast.
