I have exactly same phone and i can't locate pinouts on the board.
I can Read phone via USB using Normal Motorola Mini cable, but i can't Format nor Flash it.
Additionaly i tried all possible combinations to the Headset JACK without luck.
There are no visible pinouts at the back board side. Only at the front board side, below LCD are many visible pins for testing.
Anybody can give some help here ?

hello!
if you dont have infinity Pinfinder- i can teach how to find pinout in minutes.
Just by measuring voltage on phone system connector pins.
