flash: 98004900000002:01AF0000000000
checking area[00000000]: 00000000-00FFFFFF...
eeprom found near: 00000000
Detected eeprom address is non-standard: 00000000
Posible reasons:
1. eeprom is Ok but address is non-standard
2. eeprom damaged and can't be detected
3. eeprom is Ok but detected incorrectly (f.e. unknown eeprom structure)
If you are not sure that detected address is correct:
1. press "NO" (and select standard address or terminate current operation)
2. make flash backup for emergency case
3. repeat required operation
Are you sure that detected eeprom address is correct ?
autodetected eeprom address[00000000] confirmed by user
error: critical error#1 during eeprom size detection
error: can't detect eeprom address/size
error: autodetection failed
Finished, time used: 30 sec
Remove/Install battery now !

I THINK THE EEPROM FILE IS CORRUPET.

THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR ANY SOLUTION.

You must flash this phone with firmware file but not with eeprom.
Also it may be hardware damaged phone, f.e. dead or bad soldered flash chip.
