Sannig Problem

Hi .. i have a problem with simscan .. when i try to scan my sim card a message appair "Fatal Error: Card don't send answer to reset ! "
..so what is the problem .. thanks :cool:

you have to run setup and configer the com port that is connected to your programer. i.e com1 or com2.

Yes i have run setup and i have selected the com1 ...i have tested my burner with cardinal and it work perfectly (com1) but with simscan it don't work .. so what is the problem here
