Hi, i was working fine with my EU box but now when i try to open the main sofware this message displayed ¨DONGLE NOT FOUND!¨ I try to open in 3 diferent PC´s and still the same problem. what can i do to fix this, when i put the usb cable to the box the leds POWER(RED) and FBUS(ORANGE) are lighting, the drivers are correctly installed.

Your dongle seems to be damaged, contact me private for exchange it.

To all who have had this "Dongle not found" ERROR -> PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT EUB is the ONLY DEVICE CONNECTED TO YOUR USB PORT WHEN YOU RUN THE EUB software...
If you have any other USB DEVICE connected such other dongle software, or even a PENDRIVE you´ll have this ERROR "DONGLED NOT FOUND"
Please check it out and if problem persists, contact me private for replacing.
