Use All 3/4 Siemens Software ver. 2.0.5 (cracked by Xak)
Use flx files for flashing phone (if U dont have it mail me)
Select COM port and mobile type.
Check "Write Flash"
Check "Write IMEI"
Note: Afther flashing the phone, only IMEI will not be updated to
phone, because the secret of calculating IMEI is inside DONGLE.
But checking the option "Write IMEI" u will update phone with
new flash and new eeprom!
Now flash the phone...
Afther flashing the phone, U must write MAP file to phone...
That is all about reparing Siemens phones, and changes language
pack. For changing language, use flx file with desired language pack.

For unlock the phone, like I said before U will be needed MAP file.
For all people who send me "Phone ID" and "Desired IMEI", I will
calculate MAP files for free...

This is tested, and work 100%

That file is a FAKE

at least the file i downloaded from the first site on the first post doesnt even open giving an error message.

so Genius u aint a genius at all unless a fake genius as fake as that soft.

if anybody wants to download from the first link on the first post just right click on the link and choose .." save as..."

because... its really doesnt open saying missing COMCTL32.DLL and the funny this.. i HAVE that dll file in my windows system folder...and all other aplications that need that dll work perfectly??

I have received many mail since yesterday when I decide to publish this solution, and evryone needs flx files.
I cant send to everyone this flx files, I need some help and also
someone who have web site to upload flx files. From there everyone will be able to download this files.

Now I see that there is also people who have try solution and
they have see that I speek truth.
But some of the people will be haveing problems starting All Siemens 3/4 ver 2.0.5, and to them I can only say (U have many **** on
your PC) please reinstall windows first. Then SW will work without problems...

P.S When U flash your phone with All Siemens 3/4 ver 2.0.5, it
write to phone correct flash and eeprom (only IMEI will not be
calculated afther flashing because this calculating algorithm is
inside DONGLE. U must checked option "Write IMEI" and "Write Flash", only in that case U will upload your phone with new flash
and eeprom!!!

That is all...

you need repair phone with map file after flash, after flash somtimes LCD become blank, but don't panic, flash it again with winswup (normal XBI file) and LCD is on again

remeber.. you must install new WIN98 SE and don't install anything prog, because all 3/4 2.05 need original kernel win98SE, if you install another prog maybe kernel become changed.. so remember that..

Well, today I've tried this program, it works only on my Compaq Laptop PI 150 Mhz, I've repaired one S45 by writing a full flash and then I wrote I good LC file. Now phone works again !

The phone is not mine, it was not killed by me, so I can't say I'm very happy ! The files were the same, the only thing missing was a flx file that I've downloaded a week ago !

1. Load *.flx file
2. Select COM Port and mobile type
3. Check option "Write Flash"
4. Check option "Write IMEI"
5. Check option "Burst Mode ( 10% faster )

Now U are ready to flash the phone...
6. Press "Init Mobile" and follow the program instruction's

Afther flashing U need to read LOG file from phone and create a MAP file...

7. Use "Siemens IMEI Writer, Version 3.00" <-- read LOG and make MAP file
8. Now use " Siemens IMEI Writer, Version 3.00 " <-- to write MAP file to phone
Afther writing MAP file to phone, your phone is ready for calls...
Now is "All Done..."

Note: for all people who cant start SW, and if someone receive some strange messages like
( ...export to missing Kernel32.dll or COMCTL32.dll...) they need to reinstall windows 98 SE!!!
Only then, they will be able to run SW ( All 3/4 Siemens Service v2.0.5

Note: U must allways check both options "Write Flash" and "Write IMEI", only in that case U
will be update your phone with full (correct) flash and eeprom....

When U check option "Write IMEI" then SW will write eeprom to phone, only IMEI cant be upload
to phone, because the calcualting algorithm is inside the DONGLE!!!

If U have any protection SW installed on your PC like (Norton, or McAfee etc.) then U need to reinstall your PC. Use Win98 SE. If afther reinstalling your PC U cant start this SW, then Shut Down

Use only this SW for full flashing phone like this ( if your phone is totaly dead, or need new lang pack, or eeprom data demaged )!

In that case U must check both options "Write Flash" and "Write IMEI" even now IMEI will be not upload to the phone, but this is important because U will now upload correct eeprom to phone!!!

Afther flashing U need to read LOG from phone and make MAP file.
When U send MAP file to phone, phone will be working without
problems.

Read all post, and U will find everything for your phone (repair, unlock, lang. change). Use your head and your brain! Dont ask for help. U can unlock C45 without MAP file, that mean that U dont need to send anyone LOG file. Use All Siemens Service Software v3.0 for unlock the phone! But beforu U do that, U need to copy data02.dat file from C45-MT50 unlocker to folder where is your All Siemens Software v3.0. Then just press Unlock, and Imei will be writen to phone. Or U can do that with C45-MT50 unlocker. All this U can find for free, so use your head to do that.

I dont have any phone now to test, but if anyone have ME45 or S45,
they can test All Siemens SW v3.0 and data02.dat file from C45-MT50
unlocker. This to files put together in one folder and try to Unlock
ME45 or S45! Then post here result...
Dont USE Write IMEI, use only Unlock option to do that!!!

If this would work, then all will be haveing free flasher and unlocker ( IMEI Writer ).

I receive too many mail for calculating MAP files, and I dont have time to replay to all...

Everyone now knows how to repair, lang. change, unlock Siemens phones.

If someone cant start All 3/4 ver2.0.5 cracked by Xak, use other
cracked copy of this SW ( All 3/4 ver2.0.5 ) cracked by XzZ.
This SW also works very fine.

For unlock C45 or MT50, read all my post on this sites, U dont
need to send LOG files for calculate MAP files.

I never write or say that before! I was never saying to Use All Siemens Service ver3.0 for unlock, or write IMEI to SL45. But this is also possible, if U copy data02.dat file from A3x-A40 SW to
All Siemens Service 3.0 folder ! But this is not yet tested, so U can try it and then post results.

It does not funktion with a ME45. When I want to unlock with All Siemens SW v3.0. I got Wrong Software now in my phone. I hope I can get the phone work again.

The phone can be turned on now
(at least that what i think), but nothing shown in the screen (blank) and i can't
make any phone call.
The keytone sounded everytime i press the key, just like a normal phone would.

Anyway these are the list that happened when i turned on the phone:
- LCD lights up for a long time and then off again just like a normal phone start up
- Blank screen from start to end (even when charging & service mode)
- The keytone is sounded and the lcd lights up (if its off) when a key pressed
- Can't make phone call
- No beep when turning on and off the phone

What should I do? Please help.

Hello all

I didn't have time to reinstall windows again
So for all who want to use this solution presented by GENIUS (all respect) is NO NEED to reinstall windows
Select RUN->sfc->Extract one file from instalation disk->Kernel32.dll->restart computer

U must to have Instalation disk or windows kit on your hard drive.

After this operation Sw will run

I tried 3 things :
- replace comctl32.dll through sfc
- update it through microsoft installer
- update it by installing internet explorer 6.
the same problem.

U can delete program file too...

u can copy file-2 dll do u need to u r windows system directory after installation complete...

Works without reinstall windows!!! I'm so happy!!!!!!!!!

I have WIN98SE, and all34 2.0.5.exe wasn't works.
The following method can run all34 2.0.5.exe
!!!without reinstall windows!!! Note: only with win98se!!!
Other versions not tested! I think, with other versions there's
no way without reinstall win98se because of kernel32.dll.
(Or maybe, dontknow)

Step by step:

Be careful with manipulate system files!!!
Make a safe copy of your system.dat, user.dat, system.ini,
win.ini, kernel32.dll, comctl32.dll!!! Highly recommended!

Get from anywhere, or extract from the win98se install CD
the following files to any directory (windows\system\precopy recommended):

from WIN98SE\WIN98_27.CAB:
04-23-1999 10:22:00p A--- 577,808 comctl32.dll

from WIN98SE\WIN98_31.CAB:
04-23-1999 10:22:00p A--- 471,040 kernel32.dll

select run from Start menu
type sfc OK > Extract one file from installation disk
type kernel32.dll press start
choose the directory, what
contains the new file (windows\system\precopy)
press OK for backup directory (windows\helpdesk\SFC)
press NO for restart question
run sfc again > Extract one file from installation disk
type comctl32.dll press start
choose the directory, what
contains the new file (windows\system\precopy)
press OK for backup directory (windows\helpdesk\SFC)
press YES for restart question

After windows restarted, the all34 2.0.5.exe must working!!!

If you have problem with the Taskbar (for me was, because
I use Internet Explorer 6.0, and that use newer comctl32.dll),
after using of all34 2.0.5.exe U must restore the original
comctl32.dll by running sfc, or manually copy to windows\system
and windows\sysbckup direcory too in DOS mode, because in win mode U cannot overwrite them!

Hi edmond,

sometimes the symbol is missing. Just let it sit in the charger for an hour and it will charge regardless.

Some c45's need a map file:
Use logger 4.02, imei writer or simmilar to read a log and post it in the logfile requests section for someone to calc. you map.
Then write the map to the phone. You must set phonetype to SL45 !

Nope, I think your battery went empty in the middle of writing the flash. I had the exact same problem with my phone.
No soft could connect, then I charged the battery and was able to reflash etc.

You will need to use all3/4, winswup and c45free. For BA20 phones you will need log/map too.

Also do not use a generic eeprom programmer. The phone needs a boot loader to be able to communicate with the flash and that's why you should use specially designed software like all3/4 etc.

Battery symbol is no matter.
Just let it be in the charger for 1 hour, okay.

THEN use all3/4, winswup and c45free as described in the link.

if not try borrowing a battery from a friend and see if you can connect with all3/4.

Otherwise I'm afraid you must bring it to a service shop ;-(

Try to flash again u r C45....

I don't have any problem from my experiment from all type Flash HC for C45 (Like C489,BA20,2118 etc)

U can try to flash again use All34ver 205 By Xak with flx file...

And than use map to solve "Wrong Software" problem OK?

But if u r C45 with Flash HC BA20-> must use hardware dongle to create map....
Crack program or unlocker for C45 not work....

Winswup doesn't need to be cracked and it always works as long as you got a service cable, stable Windows and a good motherboard.
You can download most Winswup for each phone models and versions from http://www.gsmflashes.com

Thanx Genius for your explanation how to repair dead phones, but I still have a problem.

I reinstalled Windows several times and after I’d choose for the uk version the ALL3/4 V2.0.5 Xak was able to use (dutch Win98SE wasn’t working). I’ve selected the Me45-14_01_01.flx for my ME45 (http://www.henrichsgu.sk/downld.htm), but I get the error: "Flash HC = CE20. Unsupported flash configuration or wrong phone type selected." So with this flexfile it’s not working.

I had a new ME45 FW26 (standard) that I tried to flash to S45i. See also: http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=69327. I’ve read somewhere that the FW26 phones are different from the older ones. Maybe you can help me. My phone does nothing anymore. Not even a sound… I still can flash it with ALL3/4 V2.0.91 but after that my phone is still dead. Also a flash with winswup (ME45300101.exe) after that don’t make the phone working. I know EEPROM is totally damaged.

Maybe I need a Me45-26_01_02.flx to repair the phone, but I couldn’t find that.

I hope someone can help me; I don’t know what to do anymore!!!
