hello great team i have 4 pieces of samsung u700 when i open the software is good then i put the port 1 samsung cdma modem on com 15 then port 2 usb serial port on com 13 then after i press star and straight away it gave this message ERROR - Can't open port1! i do not know what to do please help great team

Error is clear some other kind of programs are intercepting comports. You maybe know which are better than us ;)

ERROR - Can't open port!!

Is Not a dongle nor software problem, is something wrong in your PC, try to use in a Blank PC with only OS installed and CPU drivers, no other software, and you will be able to enjoy !

I tested today 2 pices of U700 and 2 pices of L760 -

1- pices have driver U700
the second Data interface and -no unlock

the same things whit L760 - one goes unlock and second no port com only "Data interface" what wrong.

this two pices of Data interface goes whit no problem whit another tool. This is not driver problem .
I instal EU whit blank PC and the same mayby unsuported model??

What problem do you have exactly ? Could you put a print screen with the error ?

Probably the problem is in your pc, and not it sw!

Switch back communication to Samsung mode by enter *#726872# code (for unlock :))

i have same problem ( L760V ) . i try this codes and other PC et cables, no solution
my phone is frezzed.
AND u700 ok result tested fine work
what the problem

me too i search driver problems for 5 hours,good thnks brothers very helpful

then post here .....your Problem will be solved

1-go to control panal
2-phone and Modem driver
3-uninstall all Samsung drivers
4-then connect your Fone with sw

Use Samsung E210 2 in 1 Cable (RJ45+USB)

5-install all drivers

open sw

selcet Samsung model COM
select Box COM
select Combo Mode (Z170/ZV60/U700
