dongle need help Master

my easyunlocker dongle suddenely have problem , i can open program , but i press unlock buttom or reflesh com port , the program auto close , i try 3 computer and reinstall installer , please help master , thank you very much help help

UNINSTALL A DRIVER THAN INSTAL A DRIVER IT,S WORK MOSTALY TIME IF NOT WORK THAN PROBLEM COMES FROM DONGLE
