L7 ...... Memory Card .... Reboot

I m having a problem with L7 ........
when i insert the memory card into the
phone, so my phone just goiing to " Please Wait "
and processing is soo slowly .......
and when i removed the memory card
from phone so my phone working properly ..........

I have format both (Memory Card and Phone )
but still problem also with new one ........
How can i solve this problem ......... ?
